Finger Food Menu

Our freshly made sandwiches are made using the best quality bread. Alternatively, we can offer freshly baked bread from our local artisan bakery for a supplement of 28p per head.

The menus below may be altered according to your preferences.

Prices include free delivery disposable plates & napkins [and cutlery where applicable].

Your chosen menu will be delivered to a venue of your choice on our white crockery platters which will be collected (unwashed) after you have eaten, at a time suitable to you.

Please note that we cater for all dietary requirements some of which may incur a supplementary charge.

We will happily work with you to create a bespoke menu of your choice.

Standard Menu

minimum 50 people – £2.50 per head

Platters of freshly made sandwiches generously filled with a selection of roast ham, free range egg mayonnaise & cress, cheddar cheese with a selection of sliced vine tomatoes and Branston pickle.

Bronze Sandwich Menu

minimum 30 people – £3.99 per head

Platters of freshly made Sandwiches using white & wholemeal bread, with fresh salad garnish and very generously filled with:

  • Roast Ham
  • Home cooked Roast Breast of Chicken
  • Free range Egg Mayonnaise & Cress
  • Welsh Cheddar Cheese with a selection of sliced vine tomatoes, Branston pickle & red onion.

Sides of Wedges of Pork Pies, Mini Savoury Eggs, Bowls of Crisps.

The following may be added to this menu at an extra £1.95 per head: (1) Selection of Gateaux & jugs of Fresh Cream OR (2) Homemade buttered Fruit Loaf [Bara Brith] & buttered sultana Scones with jam

  • Home-cooked Roast Breast of Chicken {sage and onion stuffing or mayonnaise – optional}

  • Tuna and mayonnaise.

A selection of homemade cakes to include:

Silver Sandwich Menu

minimum 25 people – £6.75 per head

Freshly made delicately topped soft rolls with: 

  • Red Salmon & Cucumber
  • Free range Egg Mayonnaise & Cress

Platters of freshly made Sandwiches – made with wholemeal and white bread, garnished with fresh salad and very generously filled with:

  • Home cooked Roast Breast of Chicken with sage & onion stuffing or mayonnaise if preferred }
  • Tuna and cucumber
  • Roast Ham { with wholegrain mustard mayonnaise if preferred }
  • Welsh Cheddar Cheese with a selection of sliced vine tomatoes branston pickle & red onion

Home-made Quiche Lorraine [vegetarian options available]

A selection of Home cooked Chicken Wings lightly flavoured with a home made B. B. Q sauce

Freshly made delicately topped soft rolls with:

  • Cream Cheese & Smoked Salmon
  • Free Range Egg Mayonnaise & cress
  • Red Salmon and cucumber OR Prawns with crispy lettuce with a delicious home made marie rose sauce [ choose one ]

Platters of freshly made Sandwiches – on white & wholemeal bread garnished with fresh salad and generously filled with:

  • Home cooked Breast of Chicken {sage & onion stuffing – optional}
  • Coronation Chicken with crispy lettuce
  • Roast Beef with red onion & mild horseradish sauce
  • Roast Ham & Salad
  • Cheddar Cheese with a selection of: spring onion, sliced vine tomatoes, Branston pickle
  • Tuna and cucumber or tuna with sweetcorn, red pepper and red onion
